The center offers a variety of meeting rooms. Amenities include a kitchenette, rest rooms, and wheel chair accessibility.

The center's rooms can be reserved online at Online Facility Reservations. Reservations can also be made in person at the center. Drop off a completed application below with fee payment at 325 Oak St.

• Facility reservations will be on a first come-first served basis.

• Reservations will only be issued in the name of the applicant on the rental application form who will be the responsible party for all communication between event and facility.

• Banquet room reservations are not secure until a completed rental application and a $500 (banquet room) or $75 (meeting rooms) deposit are received.

• All fees are due three weeks prior to rental. If no damages are incurred, the deposit will be returned within a 30-day period following the rental date.

• Groups reserving space must have a current signed rental application.
  On-going application must be signed annually.

• The City of Farmington reserves the right to terminate any rental applications due to groups causing damage to the facility, complaints logged from the surrounding neighborhoods and any other item deemed necessary.

• The City of Farmington reserves the right to make room changes as needed to better accommodate groups using the facility.

Damages or custodial fees incurred will be deducted from the deposit. If additional costs are incurred the renter will be billed for those costs.
