Business Licenses

While the city does not issue general business licenses, some business types require a City of Farmington license. The license and permit applications are issued by the Community Development Department and are available on the business licenses page.

Home Occupation Permit

Home occupation permits are issued by the city and include, but are not limited to the following: home beauty salon/barber, photography, and telemarketing. This type of permit is approved by the Planning Commission and the applications and information is available on the Home Occupation Permit page.
