Highway 3 Corridor Plan

A Highway 3 Corridor Plan has been developed to reflect the vision of an attractive and vibrant corridor that positively reflects on the community, assists in economic growth and provides a safe and efficient mode of transportation for area residents and visitors. View the TH3 Corridor Plan.

Downtown Redevelopment Plan

Farmington City Council adopted the Downtown Redevelopment Plan at their meeting on April 18, 2016. This plan will help Farmington’s City Council, Economic Development Authority, and other advisory commissions identify opportunities in the downtown area for redevelopment.
