Background
Ebert Construction (Ebert Companies) had their groundbreaking ceremony in Farmington for their new apartment project The Emery on Tuesday, Sept. 19 at the corner of Elm and Third Street. This important corner in downtown Farmington will be transformed into a 74-unit apartment building with many amenities. Demolition and earthwork are underway, and they are ready to start construction with a planned opening in Fall 2024.

Upcoming (updated Feb. 5):

• Framing has started on Level-03.
• Level-04 installation of flooring system in progress.
• Pouring interior slab on grade concrete on the main level Feb. 5-13. 
• Interior rough in plumbing work to begin Feb. 12.
• Roofing is targeted to begin in early March.
