Heritage Landmarks
Farmington Heritage Landmarks are buildings, sites, structures and districts that have been designated by the City Council in recognition of their historical, architectural, archaeological or cultural significance. Once a property has been designated a Farmington Heritage Landmark by the City Council, it cannot be demolished or moved without a special permit (remodeling and maintenance work does not always require approval).
